N.Rich has several analytics dashboards, each answering a different question. Use this page to find the one you need. All of them are under Analytics in the N.Rich navigation.
Some dashboards are turned on per account, so your Analytics menu may not show all of them. If one you need is missing, ask your Solutions Engineer.
