Opportunity Analytics
Last updated: March 31, 2026
If the Opportunity dashboard gives you a high-level overview of influence, the Opportunity Analytics focuses on the line-for line - which opportunity has been influenced and how much.
The Table
The table itself allows you to see every single opportunity that has been influenced by N.Rich from the moment you began running your first N.Rich campaigns. In terms of data points, you can find the account name, country, Opportunity name and its link to the CRM, the value of the Opportunity, its status (Open, Won, Lost), when the opportunity has been created, the CRM stage, when the opportunity was last updated in the CRM, as well as the following engagement metrics:
Engaged cookies - or the number of devices from this account that has engaged with an ad.
Total touches - How many touch points the above devices had with your ads (video views, article reads, clicks)
Pre-opportunity touches - How many touches happened before an opportunity was created.
Post-opportunity touches - How many touches happened after an opportunity was created.
Additionally, you can hover over the number of Campaigns and Segments to reveal which campaigns have influenced an opportunity and to which segments the account owning this opportunity belongs to.
The Filters
Filtering the opportunity table is possible by campaign, segment, product (if any are defined), account country, type of influence (pre/post opportunity creation), and opportunity stage. Additionally, you can filter the table based on whether the underlying accounts are net new or belong to existing clients.
The Export
The export button in the top right will respect any filters you have set on the opportunity analytics filters when exporting the opportunities as line items in an .xls file.
