What's on the Segments page?
The Segments page lists every segment in your N.Rich account. Use this page as a reference for what each column, icon and button does.

Buttons at the top

+ Create segment: create an account, firmographic or lookalike segment.
Search: filter segments by name.
Manage all accounts: opens a view of all your accounts across all segments. See How do I see all my accounts across segments?
Import: import accounts into an existing or new segment. See How do I import accounts into a segment?
Export: select one or more segments and download their accounts. See How do I export accounts from a segment?
Edit columns: choose which columns of the table are visible. All columns are visible by default.
Columns in the table
ID: unique for every segment and also part of the segment's URL. Useful when you contact your Solutions Engineer about a segment.
Segment name: the name given by you or by the automation that created the segment. Click it to open the segment. See What do the stats and columns in a segment mean?
Type: the segment type and its icon. A circular icon means a dynamic segment, a stack means a static segment.
ICP status: shows ICP when the segment matches your ideal customer profile, or a dash when it does not.
Accounts: the number of accounts in the segment.
Campaigns: the number of active campaigns targeting the segment.
Cookie Estimate: the estimated number of cookies N.Rich can target across the segment.
Last updated: when the segment last changed.
Reach: Low reach or OK reach, based on the cookie estimate. Consider adding accounts to a Low reach segment before you launch a campaign.
Data flow: two icons, for LinkedIn and Workflows (see below).
Data flow icons
A grey icon means the segment is not synced to LinkedIn. Click it to sync the segment and create a matched audience.

To use this, first connect your LinkedIn Ad or Business account.

While the segment is syncing, the icon is in colour. Hover over it to see the sync details. Click it again to turn the sync off.

Workflows
A grey icon means no workflows affect the segment. A coloured icon means one or more workflows do. Click it to see the workflows that affect this segment.

The three dots menu
The three dots at the end of each row open the segment options: Edit, Rename, Export, Change history and Delete. See How do I rename or delete a segment, or see its change history?
