N.Rich AI: Free trial and limits

From 1 October 2026, the majority of N.Rich customer gets full access to N.Rich AI as a free trial. The trial runs until 30 November 2026.
What's included in the trial
Build mode and Chat mode: build your own apps and ask questions about them.
App templates you can load and build on, so you don't start from a blank prompt.
Don't see any apps in your library? Check your email for the templates we sent you, or reach out to your Solutions Engineer via the chat in the bottom-left corner, by email or Slack.
Limits
Limits apply to the whole account, not to each user.

Usage limit (tokens)
N.Rich AI uses an AI model behind the scenes.
➡ That work is measured in tokens, the standard unit for how much work an AI request takes. Think of the limit as a budget for AI usage.
Counts: building and changing apps, chatting in the Assistant, and using an AI chat feature inside an app. Building uses much more than chatting.
Doesn't count: opening a published app and using its charts, filters and tabs.
When the limit is reached, you can't send new chat messages or start new builds. Published apps keep working with current data. Once the limit is raised, you pick up where you left off.
App limits
The published app limit counts apps that are live. Unpublishing an app frees a publish slot.
Updating an app that's already published doesn't use an extra slot.
The app limit counts every app, drafts included. An unpublished app still counts toward it.
When a limit is reached, creating or publishing another app is blocked. Your existing apps aren't affected.
When the trial ends
On 30 November 2026, accounts that have upgraded keep their access. Accounts that haven't upgraded lose access to N.Rich AI.
Data coverage
N.Rich AI holds the last 12 months of data, and older data is removed automatically. Some sources hold less: LinkedIn analytics is available from August 2026. This applies to N.Rich AI only, not to the rest of the N.Rich platform.

Is the limit per user? No, it's per account.
Does viewing a published app use our tokens? No, unless the app has its own AI chat feature and you use it.
Will we lose work if we hit the limit mid-build? No.
Can we see what's left? Not yet.
Can we keep N.Rich AI after the trial? Yes, if you upgrade before 30 November. Contact your Account Manager.
