Last updated: October 9, 2026
Common LinkedIn integration problems, what causes them and how to fix them. Use this if your LinkedIn connection or matched audiences aren't working as expected.
The connection disappeared after connecting
Cause: You left the LinkedIn Integration page without clicking SAVE.
Fix: Connect again and click SAVE before leaving the page.
You can't click SAVE
Cause: No ad account is selected. SAVE stays disabled until you pick one.
Fix: Select your ad account, then click SAVE.
Status is Inactive or audiences don't sync
Cause: Automatically sync LinkedIn data is off. Nothing syncs while it's off.
Fix: Turn on Automatically sync LinkedIn data and click SAVE.
The LinkedIn login window hangs
Fix: Try authenticating again in an incognito window.
Syncing stopped
Cause: The LinkedIn connection expired or was revoked. N.Rich doesn't show an alert when this happens.
Fix: Go to Settings > LinkedIn Integration and check the status. If needed, click Authenticate again, choose your ad account and click SAVE.
Ad clicks or audiences are in the wrong ad account
Cause: N.Rich uses only the one ad account selected in the integration.
Fix: Authenticate again and select the right ad account, then click SAVE.
The matched audience is archived in LinkedIn
Cause: LinkedIn archives matched audiences that are not used in a campaign for 30 days.
Fix: Use the audience in a campaign to unarchive it.
Changes to a segment don't show in LinkedIn yet
Cause: Changes, such as accounts added or removed, take up to 48 hours to reach LinkedIn.
Fix: Allow up to 48 hours. See How to sync a segment to LinkedIn as a matched audience.
