Getting started with the free trial N.Rich MCP

From 1 October 2026, the majority of N.Rich customer gets full access to MCP as a free trial. The trial runs until 30 November 2026.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect securely to external tools and data.

The N.Rich MCP connects your N.Rich data directly to Claude. Once connected, you can ask questions about your ad campaigns, budgets, creatives, target-account engagement, intent signals, website visits and pipeline influence in plain language - and get the answers right in your chat, without exporting reports or switching between dashboards.

What the N.Rich MCP lets you do

Once connected, Claude can pull live answers from your N.Rich account:

  • Campaign performance: ad spend, impressions, engagements and click-through rates per campaign

  • Creative performance: See which ads and formats are driving the most engagement

  • Account engagement: Understand which target accounts are engaging with your ads and your website

  • Intent signals: Find the accounts showing the highest intent over a given period

  • Website visits and pipeline influence: Connect account activity to the pipeline it supports

  • Website Analytics: Entire data available in the analytics dashboard(s).

Where can I use the N.Rich MCP?

The N.Rich MCP currently works with:

  • Claude on the web (claude.ai) and Claude Desktop - ask questions about your N.Rich data in a chat. See the steps are below.

  • n8n - build automated workflows that read your N.Rich data on a schedule or on demand. See Connecting the N.Rich MCP to n8n.

Support for other AI assistants, such as ChatGPT and Gemini, is planned for a later release.

Using Claude through your company? If your organisation is on a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, custom connectors may need to be added or approved by your Claude workspace owner before you can connect.

How to connect N.Rich to Claude

Good to know

  • The consent screen is expected - it appears once each time you connect or reconnect, not every time you start a chat.

  • Usage limits apply - each user can currently make up to 300 MCP requests per hour. If you reach the limit, wait a while and try again.

  • Double-check before you share - AI assistants can occasionally misread a question. For figures you plan to share in reports or with stakeholders, confirm them against the N.Rich platform.

When the trial ends

On 30 November 2026, accounts that have upgraded keep their access. Accounts that haven't upgraded lose access to MCP.

FAQ

MCP access is not enabled for N.Rich account

MCP hasn't been switched on for your account yet. Reach out to your Solution Engineer via email or via the platform chat to have it enabled.

Sign-in fails or loops

Make sure the MCP URL and Client ID you entered both belong to the same region.
